Welcome to my site!

I hope to share with you two of my passions – Yoga and Ceramics.

The journey began in 1993.

With a keen interest to practice and study Yoga, and to design and make ceramics, I signed up to Adult Education classes with the enthusiasm, excitement and commitment to practice and study both disciplines.

I have never looked back. Together they have grown and developed in me.

I work as a studio ceramicist producing one-off, individual hand built pots and run clay and art workshops. In addition, I teach Yoga to both groups and individuals and am committed to regular practice and study.

The practices are complimentary to one another, bridging the ancient and modern through time-honoured techniques. There are many shared qualities and similarities inherent in both practices. They represent both a journey and a learning process, requiring discipline, self-awareness and an attitude of openness and acceptance.

I live and work in the Christchurch and Bournemouth area, on the Dorset - Hampshire border.
